      Updating my subscription in insight

      This article will take you through how to update your subscription in insight.



      1. Navigate to Settings, located within the Menu (top left-hand corner).

      2. Once in Settings, click on the Subscription option (top center corner).

      Note: 

      • Owner access level will allow a user to update their subscription. If a user is under the access level Administrator or Staff, they cannot change subscription information.
      • If you would like to cancel your subscription, please contact us at  for further information.
