This article will show steps for an infinite user/athlete to follow when wanting to leave a team in the infinite app.
1. Press on the hamburger menu located in the top right-hand corner of the infinite app
2. Navigate to My Teams.
3. Press Leave Team.
Note: If you are a manager of a team and a user/athlete leaves, you will receive an email notification from support@inspiretek.io notifying you of this. Once a user leaves your team, they cannot undo this action through infinite. If a user needs to re-join a team your team. You will need to invite them through your insight platform.
