      To filter wellness data by date, team, or individual in Insight Dashboard, follow these steps:

      1. Navigate to Wellness Studio: Open the 'Wellness Studio' section from the sidebar.
      2. Select Filter Option: Choose the filter option to narrow results by date, team, or individual.
      3. Choose Date Range, Team, or Individual: Select the date range, specific team, or individual you want to filter.
