      To export wellness data to a CSV file in Insight Dashboard, follow these steps:

      1. Navigate to Wellness Studio: Open the 'Wellness Studio' section from the sidebar.
      2. Select the Biometric to Export: Choose the specific biometric data you want to export.
      3. Click 'Export': Click the 'Export' button.
      4. Download File: Download the CSV file to your device.
