- Red Flag Alert: This triggers a red flag, notifying the manager immediately about the concern.
- Notify Managers: An automated email will inform the manager about the concern, who can then address it through the Insight Dashboard.
When will a “Red Flag” be triggered?
- Mood (From Daily Check-In): If recorded as “poor” or “awful” for more than three days in a row.
- Fatigue (From Additional Metrics): If recorded as “extreme - 5” after one day.
- Pain (From Additional Metrics): If recorded as “extreme - 5” after one day.
- Sleep Duration (From Additional Metrics): If recorded as “less than 5 hours” after one night.
