Yes, users can notify managers of a concern through the Infinite App. Here’s how it works:

  1. Metric Tracking: Users report concerning well-being data through specific metrics in the Infinite App.
  2. Red Flag Alert: This triggers a red flag, notifying the manager immediately about the concern.
  3. Notify Managers: An automated email will inform the manager about the concern, who can then address it through the Insight Dashboard.

When will a “Red Flag” be triggered?

  • Mood (From Daily Check-In): If recorded as “poor” or “awful” for more than three days in a row.
  • Fatigue (From Additional Metrics): If recorded as “extreme - 5” after one day.
  • Pain (From Additional Metrics): If recorded as “extreme - 5” after one day.
  • Sleep Duration (From Additional Metrics): If recorded as “less than 5 hours” after one night.

These features ensure efficient communication and timely updates about user concerns, allowing managers to take action quickly.
